THE SHELVING SHOP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHELVING BRACKETS OR KITS WHICH ARE INCORRECTLY FIXED TO THE WALL OR SUBSTRATE, OR FIXED USING INCORRECT HARDWARE. IF IN DOUBT CONSULT A QUALIFIED TRADESMAN, OR CONTACT THE SHELVING SHOP FOR ADVICE .

Return freight /handling costs are the customer’s responsibility, or at the discretion of the Shelving Shop.
Please include the invoice you received with your order when exchanging goods.
All goods must be returned unused, in original undamaged packaging. 
For all online orders please allow up to 7-10 working days delivery within Australia, although most orders received will be despatched the same day, and generally be delivered within 2 or 3 days. 
All deliveries must be signed for. Please provide a daytime/work delivery address where someone will be available to sign for goods or advise in the comments section if goods can be left if no one is able to sign for goods Goods cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes

All orders exceeding this amount can be paid by money order, cheque or direct deposit.
