Noosa Optical Online Shipping Policy
We currently ship Australia wide – PO Boxes, private addresses and business addresses.
Choose from two options:
Option 1 - FREE STANDARD DELIVERY
Option 2 - $15 EXPRESS DELIVERY (FLAT RATE)
We recommend registration and insurance of all valuable purchases. Registration is included in the express shipping option and requires a signature on delivery.
For insurance costs, please Contact Noosa Optical for a quotation. Remember, some credit cards automatically provide insurance on purchases. Check your credit card terms and conditions for details.
We aim to ship all items in stock within 1 business day of receiving payment.
Occasionally, higher than expected demands for a product may result in a back-order. We will advice the purchaser of the anticipated shipping date within 1 business day of receiving payment.
Standard delivery option - Please allow 2 – 5 business days (Metro) or up to 10 days (Remote Rural) when selecting our standard delivery option within Australia.
Express delivery option - Please allow 1 – 2 business days (Metro) or up to 7 days (Remote Rural) when selecting our express delivery option within Australia. A signature will be required.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure returned item(s) are suitably packaged to prevent loss or damage. The customer should consider additional insurance and registration for valuable items.
Noosa Optical Online Returns Policy
Item(s) purchased from Noosa Optical Online may be returned for exchange in their original state and packaging within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Sealed boxes must be un-opened and safety seals must be intact.
Exchanges
We will exchange returned item(s) purchased from Noosa Optical Online within 30 days from original purchase. After 30 days from the original date of purchase, exchanges will only be provided as per the customer guarantee. Items taken in exchange must be purchased through the online store and be of equal or greater value to the original purchase before a refund can be provided on the original purchase.
Refunds
When a returned item is received by our team in original condition, we will refund the original purchase (less any re-stocking fee) within 1 business day. In the event that we cannot provide an exchange, replacement, or suitably repair an item under guarantee, we will provide a full refund for the item purchased from Noosa Optical Online. Please note that refunds may take a few days to appear on your bank statement.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure returned item(s) are suitably packaged to prevent loss or damage. The customer should consider additional insurance and registration for valuable items.
Re-stocking Fee
A flat re-stocking fee of $20 will be applied to all returned items. This fee will not be applied where the return is related to customer guarantees. The re-stocking fee will be deducted from any refund on the original purchase.
Returns Procedure
1. Gather the following information:
(a) Proof of purchase
(b) Details of item(s) to be returned
(c) Your contact telephone number
(d) Your return delivery address
(e) The reason for your return
2. Contact Noosa Optical and inform our team of your intention to return an item purchased through Noosa Optical Online. Your return will be logged in our system.
3. Package the items to be returned in a suitably sturdy box, ensuring the items will be protected from damage. Remember to include the information gathered at STEP 1.

5. Lodge the parcel with Australia Post or your preferred courier. We recommend registering your parcel and additional insurance for valuable items.
6. Purchase your preferred item through Noosa Optical Online. Note: a refund cannot be provided on the original purchase until an exchange item has been purchased as per our exchange policy.
7. Our team will contact you when the returned item(s) are received.
Contact Lenses
All contact lens exchanges require a valid contact lens prescription before alternative contact lenses can be shipped.

All goods remain the property of Noosa Optical until they are paid for in full.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required for all items purchased from Noosa Optical Online.
Order Confirmation
All purchases are subject to acceptance by Noosa Optical. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience.
