We're a dedicated Home Consumer and Electronics store, offering correct advice and friendly service and great value prices. We are part of the Leading Edge Electronics Group which is one of the largest retail buying groups in Australia with over 1,300 stores which enables us to provide quality products at a competitive price. We are privately owned and have been located at 14 William Street, Raymond Terrace for the past 10 years.
With 80 plus Australian Wholesale suppliers, we can assist you with a wide range of products including computers, printers, scanners and accessories, digital cameras, memory cards and accessories, home entertainment, mp3 players, phones, faxes, mobile phone accessories, radio communications and everything electronic for the handyman, hobbyist or enthusiast.

SHIPPING POLICY

We charge of flat rate of $10(inc) for all shipments.  They are sent either by Registered Post or Courier depending on the size of the item.  All goods have to be signed for so please provide a daytime street address for signed delivery. 

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our 'no quibbles' guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days from receipt of the goods; you will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation.It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We will not accept return of:Fresh / disposable / perishable goods (e.g. flowers or fresh foods)Sealed audio / video recordings or computer software which have been openedGoods made to the customer's personal specifications.We will provide returns information in with the delivery note/invoice. Where you wish to return goods and do not have returns information, you can contact us for this information. Whichever way, it is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
