We are an actual jeweller that gives you service coming from over 36 years experience and industry knowledge.
Each product is individually chosen to ensure that the highest quality material and the best craftsmanship are used. Most of our jewellery are hand-made one off pieces unlike the big retail chain stores that stock the dozens of the same product; therefore each piece offers its own history and a sense of uniqueness.

Being a boutique jeweller we have the luxury to ensure every item we purchase is carefully inspected. We pride ourselves in putting more time to ensure each experience for every client is unforgettable. We know jewellery can capture the sentimental value of a moment in time and represent many once in a life time special events. Buying jewellery is not a decision it is an experience.

History

The owner brings with him years of experience and knowledge, being a gold smith by blood he started to help around at his father's shop when he was only 14 years of age.

He continuously achieved new heights in the 36 years within the fine jewellery industry. He was only 19 when he took over his fathers' shop and 21 when he opened his first own jewellery retail outlet in the prestige London precinct. The unbearable cold of the London winter saw him move to Mauritius where he followed his passion for design and manufacturing excellence.

At the final stage of his career he saw the opportunity to come to Perth and explore the ever growing retail industry which re-ignited his passion for satisfying the individual customers' wants.

SHIPPING POLICY

Freight charges will vary depending on size and destination of items ordered. We will give you an accurate freight cost BEFORE we process your order.Goods will be dispatched within 4 working days if in stock. RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our 'no quibbles' guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days from receipt of the goods; you will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation.It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We will not accept return of:Fresh / disposable / perishable goods (e.g. flowers or fresh foods)Sealed audio / video recordings or computer software which have been openedGoods made to the customer's personal specifications.We will provide returns information in with the delivery note/invoice. Where you wish to return goods and do not have returns information, you can contact us for this information. Whichever way, it is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
