The boutique has a stylish collection of kids clothing for boys and girls, newborn to 14 years, ranging from European brands to quality Australian brands.

Beautiful baby gifts, bed linens, furniture and children’s toys with a ‘back to basics’ concept.

Some of the brands stocked include Cocoon Clothing, Three Little Trees (Summer 2011), Mizzle, Incy Interiors, Nana Huchy, Jacob & Bonomi, Seedling, just to name a few.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of ikke.com.au ('the website') and the purchase of any goods from it. The website is operated and managed by Anouke & Sacha Klarenbeek t/as ikke (“ikke') (ABN 75 889 596 896).

Personal Details – Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Olifant.

SECURITY
ikket does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the ikke.com.au website. Your credit card details are processed by PayPal and ANZ Bank’s Payment Processor.

PRICING
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Customers ordering outside of Australia are not subject to GST and this amount will be deducted from your order. Olifant reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

IMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Any liability of ikke or it’s Associates in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of ikke be limited to:

We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
Some products on ikke.com.au may not be immediately available for dispatch, due to circumstances beyond our control. However, where possible, we will advise you of any delay by advertising the release or campaign (sale) date accordingly. By submitting your order after being advised of such delays, you are accepting such timeframes into which the item/s will be shipped. If there are any changes in the release date to which you have previously accepted, we will contact you accordingly.


PLACING AND ACCEPTING ORDERS
Unless otherwise arranged, orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and ikke.com.au is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, ikke.com.au is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.
Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ('your offer'). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.


CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.


CANCELLATION BY YOU
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on +61 2 8096 5531 or email us at shop@ikke.com.au. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges.


DELIVERY
At ikke we like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.

Shipping within Australia

• Orders will be dispatched with 24 hours of placement/payent or the next business day, unless item is out of stock or on back order.
• A flat rate of $10 shipping is charged on all orders up to $200.00
• Orders over $200 are shipped free of charge, however some larger items and deliveries to remote locations are excluded from the free delivery offer.*
• Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Courier.

• In most cases orders will be received within 1-2 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

Please Note: *Larger items are measured on the cubic weight and may incur an extra fee. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched. You will then have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with Australia Post who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ikke would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size or you’ve simply changed your mind it can be returned for an exchange or a credit note (valid for 3 months).

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
• A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
• The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.

Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. Any returns sent without an RA# will be refused and marked return to sender.

How to make a return for exchange or refund.
1 – Check that you meet all the conditions above.
2 – Contact ikke at shop@ikke.com.au or on 02 80965531 to get a Return Authority Number (RA#).
3 – Choose the new item/s which you would like to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your returns.
4 – Return the item/s to be exchanged, mark the RA# on the package and include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in.

GOODS DAMAGED OR FAULTY ON DELIVERY
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price and delivery via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to ikke.com.au.


PROMOTIONS AND COMPETITIONS
Other Terms and Conditions not listed herein and applying to ikke.com.au promotions and competitions are incorporated into these terms and conditions. Unless expressly stated, to the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are not incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions will be in addition to the terms & conditions herein. To the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions (including any subsequent amendments), you must immediately discontinue using this website.


RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
You agree to waive any and all claims that you now have or may have in the future against ikke and ikke’s Associates which relate to or are incidental to any transaction.
You further agree to indemnify and hold ikke and ikke’s Associates harmless from any claim made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website, the violation of these Terms and Conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or other users of this website using your membership account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
