Deliveries
At Fashionably Yours we are dedicated to providing you the best products, ensuring your shopping experience is a pleasant one and we are commited to speedy delivery of your order.
All orders received by 2pm EST (Sydney) Time on Weekdays shall be sent via Express Post on the SAME DAY!
We know you need your dress and accessories for a certain date and are committed to speedy delivery of all orders.
This means you can expect to receive your order the next working day (provided you are within Australia Post’s Express Post Next Day Delivery Network and order by 2pm EST)!
We send your order with the Australia Post Express service. This enables speedy and reliable delivery so you can get your order as soon as possible.
The parcel will be left at your address by the Australia Post delivery service. You do not have to be at home to receive your parcel.

When making your order, please enter the following text : 'PICK UP FROM FASHIONABLY YOURS ON __(date you will pick the order up)__',
This will ensure we do not post the items to you and upon pickup we shall refund the cost of postage you may have incurred.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering.
If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We will make every effort to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.
What payment methods can I use:
You can pay for your order using Visa Card, Master Card or by using PayPal. Our shopping cart is secured by Secure Pay.
If you prefer you can place your order with us over the phone (02 9487 4888)
Another option is if you place your order with us and select ‘Pay by Cheque / Money Order’ at the Payment options screen during the checkout process. Then send us the Cheque/Money order to the value of your order.Please be aware that we are unable to send out your order until we receive your cheque or money order.
When proceeding through the checkout, you will need to provide us with:
1. Name, e-mail, password
2. Billing and shipping address
3. Visa/Master/Paypal details. Alternatively you can send us a Cheque or Money order for payment.

We have included GST (10%) in the price for each item, meaning there are no nasty surprises at the checkout
Returns
Thank you for ordering from Fashionably Yours, we anticipate that you will be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied we will do our best to help you. Most items may be exchanged provided you follow the correct Exchange procedure. Most faulty items may be exchanged or returned for a refund. Return postage and the cost of posting the replacement to you are your responsibility.
We allow 3 days for you to try on the dress/shoes and check the fit . If the dress or shoes do not fit, you may initiate an exchange during this initial 3 days providing the dress or shoes are unworn (aside from being tried on of course!) and in its original undamaged packaging. This involves following the Exchange Procedure.
Fashionably Yours is not responsible for you changing your mind or making an error in purchasing and are not obliged to accept exchanges for either of these reasons. For restrictions on exchanges please click here.
Though we do not expect any problems, if you find your order is faulty it can be exchanged or returned (for refund) to us within 7 days of the Return ID being issued. Please note: Refunds will be for the cost of the goods only and do NOT include any postage and handling charges. Any returns we receive with missing items, without damaged packaging or with items showing signs of wear, will not be credited. Refunds are ONLY available for faulty goods and are subject to the correct Refund Procedure is followed. My Item Is Different From The Picture, Why?
Styles are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturers production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the items in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. Thank you for your understanding with this issue.
I Need a Different Size, What Should I Do?
If you need a different size, please contact us to initiate an exchange. You must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) immediately, and return the item(s) you have already received. This is necessary as the desired item may be out of stock by the time we receive your return, and it will ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). All appropriate policies apply to all returned items. Exchanges are for the value of the merchandise only, not including postage and handling.
How do I know whether I am eligible for a refund or exchange?

All exchange requests will receive an email confirmation. Please make sure you add our e-mail address to your contact list to enable our email to be delivered to your inbox.
How do I return and exchange my item(s)?
Once you have contacted us by either email or phone we issue you with a Exchange ID number via email confirmation. You should quote this EXCHANGE ID number when returning your product. You need to write our address clearly on the package. Please also make sure the Exchange ID number is clearly written on the outside of the package to enable us to process quickly and efficiently.
Please note: Exchanges must be received within 7 days of the EXCHANGE ID being issued.
You will need to pay the return postage and for the postage for the replacement item.
Please follow correct exchange procedure (outlined here) or we will be unable to process your request for exchange.

You must send your return through a track-able method (eg. Australia Post’s Registered Post). If the delivery of the item is unable to be tracked and we do not receive the item, we are not able to refund or exchange the order.

There is a 15% handling fee if you order more than 5 of one item and then return them.
There can be no claims after 3 days from the date you received the goods..

Products may be changed by manufacturers without notice. Changes are beyond our control. Because of this we do not guarantee the products you order will be exactly as shown/described on screen, though we will certainly update our pictures and descriptions as soon as we are aware of any alterations to a product. If you are not satisfied with the dress/item, you may return it subject to normal refund and return policies.
Fashionably Yours reserves the right not to accept your order if the item is not in stock, if you do not provide us with valid payment details, if the payment is not authorized, if the details you have provided us are incorrect or incomplete, if you are in breach of any of the Terms & Conditions or at the discretion of Fashionably Yours. Placing your order and receiving e-mail confirmation that it has been placed is not the same as us accepting your order. In most cases orders are accepted, however you will be notified promptly if your order is not accepted. Orders will only be sent once full payment has been received and products will not be held for customers without payment. A 10% GST amount is included in the price of every item sold on the Fashionably Yours website. Currency provided on the Fashionably Yours website is in Australian Dollars.

Changing or cancelling an order
In our aim to get your orders shipped to you as soon as possible, our system automatically process your orders. Because of this we CAN’T alter or change your order after you have submitted it. We ask that you double check all details before submitting the order.

You may be able to catch us before we have sent the order, in which case we are able to refund both merchandise and shipping costs. If not though, you will receive the ordered products.
