Orders received before 1pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day.
Orders received after 1pm or on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. If we experience any delays in processing your order we will contact you within one business day by email or phone.
Facial Company charges a flat rate (Australia wide) for shipping so you can order as many products as you like.

Insurance is available to cover the value of your goods up to a maximum of $1000 if lost or stolen during transit.
Facial Company acts as the agent on behalf of the respective freight and shipping companies who administer the insurance. Please contact us if you need to make a claim.If your parcel is being delivered to your home address you can authorise for it to be left without a signature.
Please request this service in the comments box during the checkout process and be sure to provide clear instructions on where you would like the parcel left. The Facial Company and its freight handling agents will not be held liable for lost or stolen goods.
Free domestic shipping is available on orders over $130. From time-to-time Facial Company may vary the free shipping offer.

We believe in providing a fair and reasonable exchange policy to our customers and all purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia including the Fair Trading Act 1989. Clearance and Sale items cannot be returned, your statutory rights are not affected.
Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind. In the unfortunate event you do make an error with your order, react to a product or ingredient or an item is damaged during transit we will gladly replace it for another item or offer you an online credit voucher. In all cases, you must contact us prior to the return of any goods.
If you accidentally order the wrong product don’t panic! Simply return the unopened item within 14 days of purchase along with the original invoice and we will gladly issue you an online credit voucher to use towards your next purchase. The returned item must be in its original saleable condition.
We take extreme care to ensure your goods are packaged securely so they arrive in excellent condition. But in the unfortunate event a product arrives damaged, please return the item in its original packaging within 14 days for an exchange.
It is always important to use products as directed on the label, but in the extreme case your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact us to speak to one of our skin therapists (within 14 days from purchase).
If our skin therapist identifies that the product purchased has contributed towards a skin reaction we will issue an online credit voucher for the original purchase price. Photographic evidence may be requested.
