Freight charges will vary depending on size and destination of items ordered. We will give you an accurate freight cost BEFORE we process your order.Goods will be dispatched within 4 working days if in stock. Items purchased from Cosmo Couture are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of purchase.

Returns must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.  Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer.  Items which smell of ladies perfume / deoderant will automatically be returned so please take due care when trying on your order. Cosmo Couture staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable.
We cannot guarantee that we will have a different size / colour in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a credit note which will allow you to return to our website and either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available.
We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item was faulty however we offer complimentary outward shipping for your first size change (only customers in Australia).
