Belconnen Ski and Board formally Belconnen Ski Inn, opened in April 1983 and is managed and owned by a local Canberra business-man who represented Australia at a National level in ski racing.

We sell our products on knowledge and understanding, not just on what is cool; we regard ourselves as a hardcore snow shop.

With no certificates and only learning in a few days, Steve has 31 years of boot fitting experience, let's say thousands of hours. All ski boots come with Steves guaranteed fit.

We recommend when buying boots you find a boot fitter you can trust, rely on, who will be there over the years. Our staff won't tell you what's bad about other brands or our competitors, we will just tell you what is so good about the products we sell.

Steve has attended factory seminars at the Blizzard Ski Factory Australia and the Nidecker Snowboard factory in Switzerland so come in and ask questions!

SHIPPING POLICY

Freight charges will vary depending on size and destination of items ordered. We will give you an accurate freight cost BEFORE we process your order.

Goods will be dispatched within 4 working days if in stock. We will notify you if an item is out of stock to give you a delivery time.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our 'no quibbles' guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days from receipt of the goods; you will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation.

It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We will not accept return of:

• Sealed audio / video recordings or computer software which have been opened
• Goods made to the customer's personal specifications

We will provide returns information in with the delivery note/invoice. Where you wish to return goods and do not have returns information, you can contact us for this information. Whichever way, it is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of
