Ball and Skittle Pty Ltd is an Australian online emporium for children.....AND store in Mount Hawthorn, WA.

We offer thoughtful wares of whimsy for curious lads and lassies, with tomorrow in mind.

We carefully source toys and children's giftware that is good for imaginations, good for growing bodies, good for the environment and good for the future of the world.

In our search for the most interesting, beautiful wares we have become distributors to retailers for Villa Carton, Duffy London′s Design and Make your Own Lampshade and Lad & Lass.

Shipping information
 

Where do we ship to?

We currently ship to:

• Australia (All Areas) - PO Boxes, private addresses and business addresses
• Overseas - by request! Please email us info@ballandskittle.com.au what items you are intested in and we will provide you a quote.

How much will delivery cost and how long will it take?

We can send anywhere in the world! Outside of Australia, please email us for a quote.

We offer 3 levels of shipping.

• SAME DAY (Perth only)
• EXPRESS (order before 12noon) delivery between 1-2 days - not available to regional areas
• STANDARD (up to 7 working days)

SAME DAY

For Perth Metro we have a SAME DAY courier service at $15 per delivery. Please supply us a business address or be available on the day at home. We cannot make a time frame delivery.

STANDARD $9 flat rate.

We make it super easy.

Delivery & handling charge per order – so we only charge per order, not number of items. The only time we need to charge more is if you have a *bulky* item - where extra packaging and or extra size needs to be calculated for. It is clearly stated on that item page view if it is classified as *bulky*

We use a courier service for door to door delivery or Australia Post for PO Boxes. This means that larger items are not needed to be picked up from the post office - saving you time and money!

Optional parcel insurance can also be purchased - please email info@ballandskittle.com.au and refer below for further details.

If you are in a remote town, please contact contact us info@ballandskittle.com.au to confirm costs and timeframes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Bulky items! Due to fragile nature, size and or weight, the following products are excluded from our freight cap and attract a separate freight charge.

Insurance

It is your choice to add insurance for your items. Some credit cards offer automatic insurance on purchases.....please check your credit provider's terms and conditions

Returns Policy

“Oh dear!” If you believe a product is faulty or damaged through no fault of your own, please contact us. returns@ballandskittle.com.au.

As we don’t want anything to happen to your return, we arrange the return. We will send the product to the manufacturer to replace or repair. If this isn't possible, we will happily offer you a refund or an exchange.

Please ensure the following:

• You contact returns@ballandskittle.com.au within 7 days of recieving your product and prior to returning the product to advise the details
• Goods are returned in original condition with their original packaging (with tags etc)

Please Note: If upon examination, the item is found not to be defective, we will return the item with delivery being at your cost.

If you have a change of mind – we are happy to exchange within 7 days. Contact us at returns@ballandskittle.com.au to make arrangements.

• We arrange the post back to us, at your expense. Paid before we issue your credit note/ exchange your product (This ensures there are no further issues with return or damage liability to you.
• You may exchange or receive a credit note. Credit notes are valid for 1 month.
• The new item you choose will also attract a new delivery fee.
• There is no cost to make an exchange itself (restocking fees etc) only the costs for shipping and where the price difference for the exchanged item.

This website is owned by Ball and Skittle Pty Ltd. The use of this website is governed by the following terms and conditions, as amended by us from time to time.

By using this website you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound by them.  If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions of this website - you must stop using this website.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are current on viewing day and are subject to change without notice. If you have placed an order, the price is current as per the time of order.

Payment

We accept credit card, Paypal or direct deposit.

Stock

All items are shown clearly if in stock. If you would to register for notice when a product is back in stock, please email us at info@ballandskittle.com.au.

Ownership

Ownership of the products remains ours, until full payment is received. When payment is received for your order, we will ship it within 24 hours.

Our Privacy Policy forms part of the term and conditions of this wesbite.

Ball and Skittle Ptd Ltd has a SSL certificate. This authenticates the identity of our website and encrypts information, using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

Shipping/ Delivery  - insurance

Ball and Skittle Ptd Ltd is not responsible for goods lost in transit. The responsibility rests with the customer, to ensure the correct delivery address is on the order. It is our recommendation that customer's take insurance for their goods. This is an optional extra in the shopping cart.

$5.50 for up to $100 - no excess

$16.50 for up to $250 - no excess

Insurance may also be available on your credit card (automatic purchase protection). Please contact your credit provider for more information.
